Amaral's Sausage, Pepper, & Onion Kebabs

Amaral's Chourico Sausage, Pepper, & Onion kebab

In honor of National kebab Day, we tried our hand at some Amaral's Kebabs. Kebabs are such a versatile summer dish- we enjoyed pairing it with our Greek Pasta Salad. Amaral's Sausage, Pepper, & Onion Kebabs are quick, easy, and delicious!

We used our Chourico Sausage for this recipe, however, we recommend our Amaral's Linguica if you prefer a sausage with less spice. You can customize your kebab however you'd like, and once prepped they can be cooked in the oven or on the grill.


-Purple onions


-Wooden Kebab Sticks


-Cut the Amaral’s sausage of your choice in relatively thick slices

-Cut your onions and peppers in a similar size as your Amaral’s sausage

-Thread your Amaral’s sausage, onions, and peppers onto the skewer

Once prepared you can cook them on the grill or in the oven. We cooked them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, checking on them frequently.

-Whichever method you prefer, cook the kebabs to your liking and enjoy.
