Chourico
Our Chourico is similar to linguica but kicked up a notch! Spicy, smokey, and flavorful, our Chourico contains a blend of warm spices – garlic, pepper, paprika– along with our own exclusive “Lisbon Seasoning” – an exclusive blend passed down through our family-owned business - and then smoked in our state-of-the-art smokehouses. Chourico is perfect on the grill, stovetop, or oven. Serve in sauces and sandwiches, eggs, soups, and of course pizza! Amaral’s Chourico adds a distinctive flavor to every meal.
Please note: This is a smoked sausage and will be in transit for only a few days. We ship all Amaral’s sausage products with ice packs. Please refrigerate or freeze your Linguica or Chourico upon arrival. Do not store long-term in the refrigerator- freezing is suggested for the longest shelf-life.
