1. Do you ship to my location / do you offer national shipping?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the continental US, but not to Alaska or Hawaii and no international shipping. There will be shipping costs added on except for the combo sausage packages which already have shipping included in the prices.

2. When do you schedule shipments / how often do you ship?

We typically only ship on Monday or Tuesday to ensure package arrives by Friday or Saturday. Please Note: We are not responsible for delay in shipment due to weather, incorrect address, Carrier delays, or unavailability of someone to accept the package.

1. Can I buy your products wholesale / private label?

2. Are your food safety / quality standards certified?

Yes, we are SQF certified. SQF certified means a food business has implemented and maintained a robust food safety and quality management system that meets globally recognized standards, as verified by a third-party audit. This certification assures buyers and consumers that products are safe and high-quality.

1. What is your minimum order size (if any)?

A $10 "under order" fee will be added to any order below $20 (before adding carrier costs) to cover material and handling expenses. Due to the perishable nature of our products, most orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend delays. Warm weather may require air service on meat products to protect freshness for certain zip codes. We will confirm via email prior to shipping.

2. What is your return / refund / damaged-goods policy?

Returns: Our products are perishable/consumable items and are not returnable. All sales are final. If goods arrive damaged (for example blown packages or broken jars), please contact us with 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll be happy to replace or refund the affected products as appropriate. Please Note: We are not responsible for delay in shipment due to weather, incorrect address, Carrier delays, or unavailability of someone to accept the package.

3. What is the shelf life / best‑before / storage instructions for your products?

Our Sausages come with this shelf-life note: Please note: This is a smoked sausage that was in transit for only a few days. It is normal for the Arctic Pack to be soft and products not cold. Refrigerate or freeze your Linguica or Chourico upon arrival. Do not store long-term in the refrigerator, freezing is suggested for the longest shelf-life. Cook and enjoy! *90-Day Shelf Life Our snacks and spices vary depending on the product but typically have a shelf life of 1 to 2 years when stored in a cool, dry place.

4. Do you offer food service / institutional packaging / bulk sizes?

Yes, we have many options including: • Stocked on-hand inventory for food service order fulfillment • Our products are available in up to 5 Gallon HDPE pails • Standardized weights or catch weights of 1 lb. & 5 lb. packages • Product size variations: 1. 16 oz and 32 oz jars 2. 5 Gallon HDPE pails 3. 3 oz – 2 lb. clear plastic bags 4. Cryo-vacuumed packages 5.
