A light and refreshing salad could be just what the doctor ordered. This Greek salad recipe will leave you satisfied and feeling good.

The key to a delicious Greek salad is fresh vegetables and feta cheese. You can also add on meat or fish.


- Roma Tomatoes

- Cucumbers

-Red Onions

-Kalamata Olives

-Black Olives

- Bell Peppers

- Cubed Feta Cheese

- Salt and Pepper

- Oregano

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Red Wine Vinegar


  1. Cut vegetables into large chunks or slices.

  2. Season with a dash of salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and a dash of red wine vinegar.

  4. Add cubes of feta cheese on top.

  5. Serve immediately.

  6. Enjoy!
