Our traditional spicing recipe – an exclusive blend passed down through our family-owned business -is mixed with lean pork in a natural casing and smoked in our state-of-the-art smokehouses, giving it unrivaled authentic flavor. Linguiça is a mild Portuguese sausage that can be enjoyed flame grilled, steamed, roasted, sauteed or simply sliced. The richly smoked flavor adds distinction to every meal!
Please note: This is a smoked sausage and will be in transit for only a few days. We ship all Amaral’s sausage products with ice packs. Please refrigerate or freeze your Linguica or Chourico upon arrival. Do not store long-term in the refrigerator- freezing is suggested for the longest shelf-life.
