This week, Mediterranean Fine Foods proudly donated over 700 lbs. of our renowned Amaral's Chourico to support the Hunger Heroes Spring Food Drive with United Way of Greater New Bedford. This contribution will assist families in need within our community, and we are honored to play a part.
United Way of Greater New Bedford has been serving residents throughout the SouthCoast since 1953, focusing on areas such as New Bedford, Acushnet, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, and beyond. Through their extensive network and hard work, UWGNB supports various organizations and programs, positively impacting countless lives.
On Saturday, March 23rd, UWGNB hosts the annual Spring Hunger Heroes Food Drop with Fun107 & WBSM at the Dartmouth Mall from 10am to noon. All collected food will be transformed into kid-friendly packs and distributed to local school districts for spring vacation in April.
