Try out a new recipe this Thanksgiving! Using either Amaral’s Ground Linguiça or Chourico, this Amaral’s Sausage Stuffing makes a great side.
Amaral's Sausage Thanksgiving Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
· 2 tbsp. butter
· 1 lb. Amaral’s Ground Linguica or Chourico Sausage
· 1 Large onion, chopped
· 1 cup chopped celery
· 2 ½ cups chicken broth
· 1 package of Corn Bread Stuffing Mix
Directions:
· Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
· Add the onion and celery and cook until tender and soft, stirring occasionally.
· Add the Amaral’s ground Linguica or Chourico sausage and mix with the cooked onions and celery for about ten minutes.
· Remove from heat.
· Stir the chicken broth into the saucepan.
· Add the package of corn bread stuffing and mix.
· Either enjoy, or spoon the mixture into a casserole dish, cover, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
