Start your morning off right with an Amaral's Sausage Breakfast Scramble. Try it out for yourself with Amaral’s Linguica or Chourico Sausage:

-In a frying pan on medium heat, add in chopped onions and olive oil.
-Slice up your Amaral’s Linguica or Chourico, or try our ground Amaral’s sausage, and add it to the pan once the onions start to brown. (We used Amaral's linguica franks here.)
-Scramble your eggs in a separate bowl, and then add them to the pan once your sausage and onions start to brown.
-Once your sausage and eggs are cooked to your liking, top it off with your choice of seasonings and cheese
-Enjoy with toast or as is!
