Amaral’s ground linguica is a finely diced version of our distinctive Portuguese sausage. So delicious in spaghetti sauce that you may never settle for plain tomato again! Perfect for omelets, stuffing or lasagna and of course, a local favorite pizza topping.
Please note: This is a smoked sausage and will be in transit for only a few days. We ship all Amaral’s sausage products with ice packs. Please refrigerate or freeze your Linguica or Chourico upon arrival. Do not store long-term in the refrigerator- freezing is suggested for the longest shelf-life.
